Canadian Physiotherapists Integrate Virtual Care during the COVID-19 Pandemic
CONCLUSIONS: Canadian physiotherapists exhibited high adaptability in response to COVID-19 through the rapid and widespread use of virtual care. Telehealth as an Effective Care Delivery Method During the COVID-19 Pandemic for the Rhode Island Behavioral Health Population
This study investigated (1) if telehealth allowed for patients who seek mental health services to maintain visit frequency and (2) if subpopulations were less likely to utilize telehealth. We used descriptive statistics to analyze the change in total number of visits, in-person visits from pre-waiver to post-waiver, and a multivariate linear regression to identify relationships between demographics and telehealth utilization. Clinical features and mutational analysis of X-linked agammaglobulinemia patients in Malaysia
ConclusionThis report provides the first overview of demographic, clinical, immunological and genetic data of XLA in Malaysia. The combination of flow cytometric assessment and BTK genetic analysis provides a definitive diagnosis for XLA patients, especially with atypical clinical presentation. Several cases of STRN-ALK fusion have been reported, and some anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitors have been shown to be effective for treatment. SARS-CoV-2 egress from Vero cells: a morphological approach
This study aimed to shed light on the morphological features of SARS-CoV-2 egress by utilizing transmission and high-resolution scanning electron microscopy, along with serial electron tomography, to describe the route of nascent virions towards the extracellular medium.
